TDF spinding i 2015 / TdF spinning in 2015

When you see my activity here on the blog, it quickly seams like I have been completely passive, fortunately, the opposite has been the case and some of it I will show you below.

The last four years I have participated in the Tour de Fleece on Ravelry, but this year I had due to the general bustle chosen not to sign in and took some time to spin a lot anyway, so I'm satisfied. I am particularly pleased to have spun 500 gr 50% dark brown yak and 50% silk into an incredibly beautiful lace yarn.

Right now it's for sale in my shop and I have a great desire to knit a new scarf this winter in my own design and the pattern are already on the drawing board, so now I simply just have to free up some hours: 0).

Additionally, I am quite busy  for this fall´s knittingfestivals and craft markets, so I hope to see some of you out in the country.

thanks I am having fun-I turned 65 years young last october so I decided I can't wait any long must finally learn how to spin lol I bought my ashford traveler spinning wheel in 78 and just didn't have the time to learn back then, and couldn't figure it out at the time. I am still having some issues with it winding on the bobbin so decided to play with spindles for awhile instead
